Fairday Books

In 2014, after some years of activity in the IT service space, Fairday Research Limited published a book (under the imprint Fairday Books) which was concerned with ways of improving service delivery in this sector.

The book was initially available on Amazon and similar retailers, however following a number of years on the market it was withdrawn. Recently, the volume has regained attention in the IT industry therefore we have taken the decision to make it available once again.

It is of limited interest to those in the data sphere which we are currently operating in, however it is still very relevant for IT service teams and it can be purchased here.
